Sofrito is a flavorful, cilantro-based cooking sauce used throughout South America. We put our own Vermont flair into this vibrant, medium spicy serrano hot sauce that tastes great with rice and beans, soup and pork.

Ingredients: Artesano organic white vinegar, Quill Hill Farm red serrano, Dog River Farm tomatoes, Honey Field Farm plain and maple wood smoked onions, Pete's Greens garlic scapes, Honey Field Farm cilantro, salt.
